- You Own Your Content: Anything you record, upload, or transcribe belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership over your files.
- How We Use It: We only process your audio to create your transcripts. We do not sell your data or use it to train public AI models.
- Consent is Required: You promise that you have the legal right or permission to record the audio you upload. Do not use this tool to secretly record people without their consent.
4. Payments and Paid Features
- Free vs. Premium: Basic recording and transcribing are free. Advanced features—like AI summaries, bullet points, and PDF/SRT downloads—require a paid subscription.
- Billing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will keep access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
5. Rules of Conduct
We want to keep Streamline Draft safe for everyone. You agree not to:
- Use our tool for anything illegal.
- Try to hack, break, or overload our systems.
- Upload audio that contains harmful, abusive, or explicitly illegal material.
6. Limits of Our Liability
- Accuracy: AI transcription is highly accurate, but it isn't perfect. We do not guarantee that every transcript will be 100% free of errors.
- Service Availability: We provide this tool "as is." We are not liable for any lost files, interrupted service, or business damages resulting from using our app.

If we update these terms, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after changes are made means you agree to the updated rules.
